Placing an Order
Availability
We work hard to ensure in-stock items are available. However, at busy times stock may sell out. We cannot guarantee continued availability.
Product Information
We aim for product images and descriptions to represent items accurately. However, we do not guarantee they are precise representations.
Pricing
Prices on products can change at any time but changes will not impact existing orders. Prices displayed include VAT where applicable.
Order Processing
Order processing times are estimates, but we aim to dispatch in-stock items within 5 working days. We’ll email you with confirmation and tracking when your order is on its way.
You own items once we’ve received full payment. We reserve the right to cancel orders where payment is declined or fraudulent.
Delivery
Delivery Options & Timescales
We offer a range of delivery options:
- Standard – £4.99, 3-5 working days
- Next Day – £5.99, order before 10pm
- Nominated Day – £6.99, choose any day
Free Standard Delivery on orders over £50.
Deliveries are made between 8am-6pm Monday to Friday. Weekend/bank holiday delivery is not available.
Tracking & Delivery Issues
You’ll receive email and SMS notifications so you can track deliveries. Please get in touch if you experience any delivery issues.
If no one is available on delivery, the carrier may leave a calling card and your order will be returned to their local depot. Please contact them or us to rearrange delivery.
Receiving an Order
Please check orders on arrival and notify us of discrepancies, damage or faults within 14 days.
If an order hasn’t arrived within 15 days of dispatch, please contact us so we can investigate.
Returns & Refunds
Returns Policy
You can return items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided items are:
- Unused, unwashed and undamaged with original tags still attached
- In original packaging and condition – do not tape boxes as this can damage them
- Returned with proof of purchase – include a copy of emailed order confirmation

Refunds Process
We’ll review your returned order and process refunds within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
We’ll email you confirmation when the refund is processed. Note it can take a few days for banks/card companies to process and show in accounts.
Exceptions
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds in some situations, including:
- Bespoke/personalised items – non-personalised items from orders can be returned
- Damaged items – if damage occurred after delivery due to wear and tear
- Swimwear, face masks or earrings – for hygiene reasons, unless items are faulty
